Milkmaid Dress Making Class | Sacramento

Stay stylish and cool this summer with this adorable milkmaid dress! We will be creating this gorgeous dress during one all-day workshop. Expand your garment sewing knowledge, and start creating a wardrobe that is tailored to your exact measurements!

This class is perfect for anyone beginner to intermediate sewists. There are no class pre-requisites--we only ask that students have some basic sewing experience, and are very comfortable operating their sewing machine.

Students MUST have their pattern ready to go before class starts (fully printed + cut out).

Materials:

• Sewing machine in good working order with a straight stitch, an invisible zipper foot, and a buttonhole
• Size 90/14 microtex needles
• Hand-sewing needles of choice
• Sharp sewing scissors
• Mood fabrics "Anthea" Milkmaid dress paper pattern printed and assembled
• 5-6 yards of light-medium weight fashion fabric
• 1 yard of light-medium weight  lining fabric
• 24" invisible zipper
• 1 yard 1/2" elastic
• Mettler Metrosene thread to match
