I bought a sewing machine that was listed as a floor model/used, never stitched. The package came well packed and had never been used or opened. I also purchased the return package. I’m not happy with the machine and tried to initiate a return and it was refused. I would never have bought a floor model without the return package had I known if could not be returned. When buying a return package you assume that’s just what it is, a return assurance.

I was looking for a small vacuum to clean my sewing machine. This one (a Riccar GM-R.6) is a very nice small vacuum, but the crevice tool is too big and unbendy to reach below the bobbin case. Are there attachments that could do this?

The Grace Mini Quilt Frame is compact and easy to store, making it a convenient option for those who want to utilize their current sewing machine. However, due to its small size, the available stitching area is limited and requires frequent repositioning of the fabric. The quilting area is also constrained by the throat space of your machine.

I strongly recommend seeing this item in person and testing it with your machine in the store. It may be suitable for those who do a lot of small detail work, but it didn't meet my needs.

I ordered the Mini online after a demonstration of the larger Cutie, as there was no floor model of the Mini available. I was assured that I could return it if it didn't work, as long as it was repackaged as received. The online order stated "Hassle-Free Returns," and I also paid $6.25 for "Unlimited Return and Package Protection."

I documented the packaging as I unpacked it, assembled the frame, and found that the stitching area was too small for practical use with my machine, leading me to return it. When attempting to return the item, I was informed it was excluded from their return policy.

After several phone calls, Meissner's made an exception and issued a store credit, minus a restocking fee, rather than a refund. I would not have ordered this item if I had known it could not be returned. I am extremely disappointed with Meissner's "hassle free returns" and hope my review helps others avoid the issues I encountered.
