What is the maximum embroidery hoop size?
The Radiance features Baby Lock's largest hoop yet, measuring 11 5/8" × 18 1/4". It also comes with a removable hoop support table featuring collapsible legs to help stabilize large projects.
Can I use a wireless mouse?
Yes. You can use standard wired mice or wireless mice that connect via a USB receiver in the machine's USB port. Bluetooth mice are not supported.
How do I troubleshoot the projector/laser guide?
The guide beam on the Radiance projects at an angle, meaning wavy lines may occur on non-flat fabrics. For a perfectly flat projection, ensure your fabric is well-hooped and smooth. Measurement units (inches or meters) can be swapped in your Settings (accessible via the gear icon on the screen).
