How do I achieve a perfect 1/4-inch seam?
Experienced users strongly suggest using the #57D or #37D patchwork foot and the 0 stitch plate to ensure fabric doesn't get pulled down into the needle hole.
How does the BSR work?
The Bernina Stitch Regulator (BSR) controls stitch length during free-motion quilting. Sensors track how fast you move the fabric and adjust the needle speed accordingly, ensuring perfectly uniform stitches.
What is the hover function?
The hover function automatically lifts the presser foot slightly while the needle stays down, making it exceptionally easy to pivot fabric without removing your hands from your project.
