Wish the schedule was different

I have taken this class for the second time and both times I have unfinished projects. Many of the projects require using interfacing and fusible fleece, which take a long time to heat to adhere to the material; in some cases this took an hour or more. Fabric also needs to be cut ahead of time in order to have enough time for sewing. Every class was spent hungry as well; in order to finish the projects we all worked through lunch. The schedule isn't set up in a way for students to get enough time to finish projects and have a lunch.
In my opinion, these classes should be 6 sessions long or at least 4 1/2 hours long with a lunch break (which I'm sure will increase the cost of the class, but it is nice to not feel rushed and have time to finish each project).
