Do you have a talent for connecting with customers, a passion for sales, and a drive to exceed expectations? In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect products while earning competitive pay plus commission—all in a fun, engaging retail environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• • Drive Sales & Build Relationships – Engage with customers, provide expert recommendations, and help them find the best sewing machines and vacuums to suit their needs. Your goal? Deliver exceptional service and boost sales success - all while making shopping an enjoyable experience!
  • Become a Product Expert – While sewing knowledge is a plus, we provide training to help you master our products and confidently showcase them to customers.
  • Process Transactions with Ease – Handle purchases, returns, and online orders with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining organized records.
  • Create Eye-Catching Displays – Help merchandise the store, keeping displays fresh, inspiring, and engaging.
  • Ensure a Safe & Welcoming Space – Foster a warm, inclusive environment where customers and team members feel valued and comfortable.

Requirements:

• • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred – retail or customer-facing preferred
  • Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
  • A passion for outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Flexible schedule availability – Saturdays may be required
  • Comfort lifting up to 35 lbs. when needed
