I am disappointed because when I calledxandxwantedctobpurchasexa used or recertified Soprano I was told there were no more. Since then you are still advertising them as well as a used Lyric both of which offer more up graded features that I would have liked. I feel that my sales person was less than upfront with me. I never received the promotional $40 giftccstdctgatcwascsuppised to be part of this deal. All in all I think I have been given misinformation.
