Built-In Needle Threader

Automatic Bobbin Winder
The BLMJZ-2 comes with a built-in bobbin winder, which holds your spool of thread in place and automatically stops when it detects your bobbin is full. It couldn’t be easier.
Hands-Free Knee Lifter
Keep both hands available while quilting; the Jazz 2 has a presser foot knee lifter. The knee lifter allows you to raise and lower the presser foot with your knee, leaving both hands free to handle the fabric.
28 Built-In Stitches
With a maximum stitch width of 7mm, the Baby Lock Jazz 2 has 28 built-in stitches, including a one-step buttonhole. It is well-equipped to take your creativity to new levels by sewing up to 1,000 stitches per minute.
Top Loading Bobbin
No one likes having to change your bobbin halfway through a project. Simply drop a new bobbin into your bobbin case, pull the thread through the quick-set guide, and the machine does the rest!
Large Reverse Lever
Baby Lock enlarged the size of the reverse lever on this machine, making it more accessible to get your hand on it while being able to focus on your project.

The Deluxe Walking Foot has feed dogs that control and guide multiple layers evenly, three interchangeable soles, a standard sole, an open-toe sole, a stitch-in-the-ditch sole, and two quilting bars to guide your top-stitching in either direction. Babylock's large 18" x 24" Extension Table allows you to create a bigger sewing surface that's great for large projects and free-motion sewing.

What are the included presser feet?
The machine comes with 9 standard feet, including a 1/4" quilting foot, free-motion foot, zipper foot, blind hem foot, and buttonhole foot. A helpful hands-free knee lifter is also included, which lets you lift the presser foot without using your hands.
Can I use third-party feet or frames?
The Jazz II uses standard, low-shank snap-on feet. If you want to pair it with quilting frames (like the Cutie Frame or Grace frame), you may need a specific SureStitch Setup adapter cable to bypass the standard foot pedal.
