This three-week series is for anyone who wants to learn to sew, sharpen, or expand their sewing skills. It's for complete beginners or those returning to sewing. We'll learn machines, tools, notions, materials, presser feet, and all the skills needed to complete a sewn project each week, building your skills and confidence.
This series is an alternative to "School of Sewing: Freshman" that focuses solely on garment sewing projects. Students will create a different garment each week.
Machines are provided, but students must bring their own fabric and notions each week!

Week 1: Tiered Skirt
-3 yards cotton fabric
-cotton thread
-1 yard of elastic
Week 2: Pajama Pants
-3 yards of flannel fabric
-cotton thread
-1 yard of 1β elastic for waistband
Week 3: Apron
-1 yard of fabric #1
-1/2 yard of fabric #2
-1 yard of fabric #3 (for bias)
